1. A 30 year old female presents to her GP complaining of aches and pains in her joints and a rash on her face after returning from a holiday in Spain. Her blood tests show a normocytic anaemia, an elevated ESR and a positive Anti-Nuclear Antibodies test.

5. A 16 year old male is rushed into A+E with severe shortness of breath and wheezing. He is also noted to have urticaria and he is tachycardic and hypotensive with decreasing consciousness.
